How Quality is Verified in Every Unit

The bellows in each steel will be fully examined prior to leaving. Material supplied is tested to check that it meets the required certified grade and mechanical characteristics. Welds are subject to continuous examination throughout fabrication. The dye penetrant will be examined for integrity.

Checks are made for convolution geometry, end fittings, flange bolt patterns, face-to-face length and surface finish. Hydrostatic pressure test performed on each unit to ensure no leak at rated pressure, and a final visual check is performed for the quality of the final assembly before packing. All units are manufactured to the EJMA standard and the project technical specifications.
