How Every Unit is Verified Before Dispatch:

All bellow of MS goes through the standard quality check procedure as stated below before it's accepted for delivery. A check for dimensions for bellow element, end fittings and the face-to-face length of bellows is carried out. The weld joints are checked with a dye penetrant test to find out surface defects and/or discontinuities, if any. A hydrostatic pressure test is carried out to ensure the assembly maintains the required operating pressure without leakage. Visual examination of finish, coating condition, plies, and assembly of the unit is done last. All manufacturing is done according to EJMA and individual order requirements.
